About Chris Ahern Photography/River Street Photography
Inspired by the views from atop Detroit skyscrapers and cross country travels while working as a BICSI Telecommunications Technician with Local 58, T08-A1 Union member Chris Ahern turned his photography hobby into a successful business in 2014. Since then, he has received many awards, publications, honors, and currently has work on display at the Local 58 Benefits Office, Local 58 Dispatch office, Mix Bricktown, Ventana Bar & Grill, The International Bancard Building, the offices of The Detroit/Windsor Tunnel and more.
He also works with Local 58’s Broadcast/Utility crews for FOX Sports and CBS Sports and is Local 58’s Press Secretary since 2019.
Chris also collaborates with his wife Bethany (who is also a photographer), who specializes in portraits, events, weddings, seniors, newborns and more. Her work can be found at River Street Photography.
